Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All our courses are digital products. Once access is given, students can immediately view the lessons. Because of this, refunds are only provided under limited conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund only for duplicate payments, technical issues caused by our system, or if you accidentally enroll in the wrong course and have used less than 10% of the content within 24 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not given if you have already accessed or completed part of the course, downloaded materials, allowed your access period to expire, changed your mind after purchasing, or experienced device or internet problems on your side.

4. Subscription Payments

For monthly or recurring subscriptions, processed payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime, and future billing will stop, but previous payments cannot be reversed.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing Time
